BIOPIX-T was honored to participate in the official visit of His Excellency Mr. Fang Qiu, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Greece, to the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete, on September 29, 2026.
The visit brought together representatives of leading Chinese companies and organizations, alongside members of the diplomatic delegation, providing a valuable opportunity to strengthen international connections and explore potential collaborations in research, technology, and innovation.
As one of the innovative companies participating in the event, BIOPIX-T had the opportunity to present its activities, technological developments, and vision for the future of molecular diagnostics to the Ambassador and representatives of the Chinese business delegation.
China represents an important and dynamic market, with significant potential for innovation, technology, research, and international collaboration. For BIOPIX-T, exploring opportunities to expand our presence in China represents an exciting step in our broader international growth strategy and an opportunity to establish meaningful connections within a rapidly developing ecosystem.
Our meeting with the Chinese Ambassador was therefore an important opportunity for an expansion as we already have several cooperation in China, like Beijing, Sanghai and Wuhan. Our main target is to expand even more, either through new partnerships like suppliers and distributors or by increasing our market penetration.
However, our ambitions extend beyond entering new markets. At the heart of our international vision is the belief that innovation should ultimately contribute to improving health and well-being on a global scale. By bringing together knowledge, technology, expertise, and different perspectives from across borders, we can help create solutions that have the potential to make a meaningful impact beyond individual markets.
For BIOPIX-T, expanding our international network allows us to explore new perspectives, identify opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to a broader ecosystem focused on technological and healthcare advancement. China offers significant potential in this respect, and we are excited by the possibilities that stronger connections between our two countries may bring.
