Biopix-T was registered in the General Commercial Register of Greece (G.E.MH.) as a new joint-stock company under the name “BIOPIX DNA TECHNOLOGY S.A. and the distinctive title “BIOPIX-T”, which came from a conversion of Private Capital Company with the name “BIOPIX DNA TECHNOLOGY I.K.E.” The statute of the new joint-stock company was also approved.
